WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To join our Care Link team, we’re looking for someone with:

  • a qualification at Level 1 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework in a related subject area;
  • experience of partnership working with a range of agencies to deliver a quality service;
  • self-motivation and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively;experience of working with older or vulnerable people;
  • experience in Technology Enabled Care (TEC), Housing or other customer focused service;
  • a flexible approach to working; and
  • a valid UK driving licence and will be able to drive a company vehicle as well as having daily access to their own vehicle in order to travel throughout the district as required by the business.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be WDH’s representative in the community providing a responsive, efficient and effective Care Link service to older and vulnerable people to enable them to live independently and safely in the community.
As part of the role you will connect older and vulnerable people to the Care Link service providing demonstrations and installations in their homes. You will also promote and market the Care Link service both internally and externally.
