The Visitor Experience Assistant Manager ensures the seamless delivery of front-of-house activities and exceptional visitor experiences at the Roman Baths, Pump Room, Victoria Art Gallery, and World Heritage Centre.
The role supports the Visitor Experience Manager in leading our dedicated team, ensuring visitors are at the heart of everything we do, and creating unforgettable experiences.
