Now Hiring - Visual commercial manager
As a Visual commercial manager (Visual merchandising manager), you are responsible for the planification of the image and layout of the department, making sure the latest trends and best sellers are represented according to the company specifications, balancing between commerciality and image.

Requirements:

  • Creative person, orientation to fashion domain and passion for fashion;
  • Ability to coordinate and train the teams;
  • Good level of English language;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Effective time management.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Planning and implementing the image of the section, visual strategies and guidelines;
  • Ensure that the brand´s image and visual guidelines are correctly implemented;
  • Work closely with the regional visual merchandiser to maximize visual impact in the store;
  • Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise;
  • Coordinate and train the teams of the department in visual merchandising and company visual standards, identifying and developing the potential of the employees.
