TLG will integrate various geospatial data sources and make use of the latest machine learning models for satellite imaging, carbon footprint and biodiversity analysis. Furthermore, metagenomics, open supply chain, and other relevant data enables us to develop digital twins of land plots, assess ecosystem quality, verify proof of impact and tokenize the claims so that they can be traded or bundled into tradable assets.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability and interest in working on the entire product development process, from problem-solving to detailed UI design, including component creation
• Ability to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes using Figma
• Ability and interest in creating high-quality visual assets for marketing communications, primarily for landing pages and decks
• A willingness to own problems and initiate solutions, even amid uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and ability to present and discuss design with internal stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in a design agency or product company; your current title might be Visual Designer, UI Designer, Brand Designer or Product Designer
• Outcome-focused, you design with customers and nature in mind; you include customer insights and consider implications for the environment in your solutions.
• Motion design skills would be a huge plus but not required.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a designer with strong visual design skills to support our product and marketing team. In this role, you’ll sit in the product and the marketing team alongside two other designers and two product managers. You will also regularly collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality visual assets for landing pages, sales presentations and social media.
Although your strongest skill is visual design, you should be comfortable working across the entire product development process, from problem-solving to delivering high-fidelity mock-ups and creating components using Figma.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team member who thrives in cross-functional teams, values customer insights, and can cope with high ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and design user flows, screens, and prototypes that illustrate and document product behaviour.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain and improve the design system.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to develop assets that support our online presence and elevate our customer experience following our brand identity.
• Participate and support the product design team during user research and implement findings in your designs.
