SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• Min Diploma holder with 8 to 10 years as a senior creative at an in-house Creative team or advertising agency.
• Has experience in doing graphics work, able to create basic animation
• Able to use mobile videography tools
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects
• Experience in Entertainment or Ads Marketing Creative is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Up to date with the latest software/hardware for editing and motion graphics
• Good project management skills.
• Proficient in production workflows with the ability to execute ideas into moving visuals flawlessly.
• Strategic thinker; always curious and creatively-minded in every way.
• Able to give and receive feedback positively without taking it too personally. See the value of different perspectives.
• Possess strong writing and presentation skills and be fluent in English.
• Good team player and able to work well independently or with a team while under pressure.
