Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and between the two brands, we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand. We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.
This is an expression of interest for a Visual Merchandiser position in New South Wales. This hands-on role requires travel to our showrooms to plan and implement the Nick Scali and Plush merchandising standards across our showrooms.

• Support and implement VM standards across your stores to increase foot traffic and sales
• Monitor and maintain the overall aesthetics of the showrooms, ensuring it aligns with the brand image
• Work closely with Sales Teams to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Use window displays, interior point-of-sale, and special promotions to assist the customer with their buying decision
• Regularly assist in the physical movement and arrangement of furniture within the showroom
• Build key working relationships and coach your internal stakeholders
