• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R.
• Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with the cosmetics or consumer goods industry is a plus.
