Position Overview: As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our retail environments. You will be responsible for creating compelling in-store displays, developing visual strategies, and ensuring that our product offerings are presented in a way that maximizes customer engagement and drives sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and store management, to execute visual merchandising initiatives that align with our brand values and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail tech or consumer electronics industry.

SKILLS:

  • Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Visual Merchandising Strategies: Create and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and align with the company’s brand and sales goals.
  • Design and Execute Displays: Design and oversee the execution of in-store displays, window presentations, and product placements to drive customer interest and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and store management teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize displays and improve sales performance.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual merchandising efforts maintain brand consistency and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Training and Development: Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistent execution across all retail locations.
  • Manage Visual Merchandising Budgets: Oversee and manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay Updated with Trends: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to visual merchandising.
