VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER – Skincare – LUXE
I am a Visual Merchandising Manager. I strategically lead visual merchandising initiatives to achieve retail excellence in-store, creating customer-centric experiences that enhance the brand image of LUXE. I collaborate closely with the Retail Design and the Filed team to deliver exceptional retail spaces for our brands and guarantee their maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- POE (Point of Experience) Support: Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand’s image standards/guidelines are met and that online and off-line customer experiences seamlessly link to each other
- New Stores & Refits: Modify point of sale (POS) navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.
- Building & Maintaining Key Visual Merchandising (VM) Databases: Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.
- VM calendar: Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.
- Excellence: Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
- Project management: Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.
- Control and manage VM costs for both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines. Supported by an Analyst and guided by the Head of VM.
