AS A VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER, YOU WILL;

  • You will work closely with our Global VM team and in-team marketing, commercial and finance teams to ensure all NPD launches, promotional activity and counter updates are delivered on brand, on time and within budget.
  • Have ownership of end to end POS process for campaign and new door openings: Management of all VM production, communicating dates to the wider team and ensuring deadlines are being met internally and externally.
  • You will support our Store Design team with distribution gains and changes, including new unit concepts and development, new door orders for plates and graphics, and on-site installs as required. This will mean occasional travel across EMEA and possibly further afield!
  • Manage the process from design and development to delivery and payment – ensuring we are on-time and within budget.
  • Manage pop-up installs and updates: Adapt the retail concepts for the retail environment appropriately. Use technical knowledge to ensure best in class execution and durability.
  • Deliver installs that uplift the brand image, ensuring sign off by the appropriate leadership teams are obtained including General manager & Global brand partners.
  • Work closely with the Senior Store Designer + VM Manager to build and maintain promo budget for the brand. Raise all Purchase Orders. Record over/under spend, flagging issues and finding savings/efficiencies where possible to reinvest in more strategic projects.

We are looking for our next superstar to join us as our Visual Merchandising Manager, Travel Retail. As our Visual Merchandising Manager for Charlotte Tilbury Global Travel Retail, you will lead on Visual Merchandising strategic decisions for all regions and retailers, including developing the instore strategy to deliver strong instore activations aligned to the brand strategy and commercial vision.
