Description:
Position type: Full time / Permanent
Location: Aberdeen, Glasgow, or remote (UK-based) with occasional visits to Aberdeen
Aberdein Considine & Company has an exciting opportunity for a Visualfiles Developer to work for long established firm specialising in Legal, Financial, and Property Services.
The role will involve the following:
- Develop new applications using the Firms Case Management System (LexisNexis Visualfiles)
- Maintain the existing Case Management System Implementation
- Provide Development Support on 2nd and 3rd line support tickets
- Develop and maintain integrations through webservices, APIs, and other integration types
- Work closely with other departments including Support, Infrastructure, and Programme Management to maintain service delivery standards
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely and learn from the existing development team
- Use their own initiative to solve problems
- Provide a strong level of customer service
- Develop and produce quality programs and tools for business use
- Identify areas of technological improvements in the business
- Adhere to business Software Development standards
- Produce and maintain documentation on any new applications
- Work primarily with our Case Management System and Online technologies
