Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

As a Developer in the Visualfiles Development Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality case management solutions using LexisNexis Visualfiles.
You will contribute to delivering solutions that meet the organisation’s technical standards while ensuring productivity, adaptability, and collaboration within the team.
You will take ownership of your features, maintain transparency in your work, and proactively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Code Quality and Development:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to organisational standards and industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and requesting specific feedback.
