SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Have a solid understanding of the Peter Alexander Brand essence and Visual Merchandising hand writing
- Demonstrated experience working with a Mac and be proficient across Excel, In Design and Photoshop
- Ability to work individually and in a small dynamic team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative visionary to be part of the Peter Alexander team as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator!
Reporting into the VM Brand Manager, this role will play an integral part in presenting high density merchandise in a fast-paced fashion environment - always with the customer as top of mind.
The role is Full-time, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The planning and production of fortnightly VM briefs
- Deliver a creative merchandising document for stores
- Organise printing and packing of briefs to stores
- Space planning of high density apparel merchandise into small foot print spaces
- Work closely with retail teams to drive sales through merchandising and displays
- Source props and coordinate international shipping for window props
- Assist in planning and opening new stores
- Coordinate VM material for new store openings
- Support the Brand Manager in strategic merchandising plans
- Work closely with internal graphics team to create and deliver store collateral
