JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a VMware Cloud Foundation Consultant to join our consulting team and assist our clients in implementing VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. This role will involve both strategic and hands-on work, guiding customers through their cloud journey from planning to deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to assess their cloud infrastructure needs and design VMware Cloud Foundation solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide hands-on implementation and configuration of VMware Cloud Foundation, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Suite.
- Advise clients on best practices for cloud architecture, security, and disaster recovery.
- Lead workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with clients to ensure successful adoption and self-sufficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Assist in performance tuning and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, implementation guides, and post-deployment reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, vCenter, and NSX.
- Strong consulting skills, including the ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, including multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- VMware VCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading client-facing engagements.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
