We are looking for experienced VMware Technical Consultants to join the BCCM RRP Compute Capacity Optimization project: WS4-X86 Compute Capacity Optimization Part 1_EN (37468). This project, in the banking industry, involves analyzing and implementing improvements in Data Center capacity utilization by consolidating VMware environments. Key responsibilities include analyzing the optimization list, creating an action plan, evaluating its business value, and determining the resources and schedule needed.

QUALIFICATION:

• The Consultant must have demonstrated programming empierce with VMware and interface with VRO and other VMware products.
• The Candidate should have work experience with VRA8 and related products in order to create automated workflows, SAL and Ansible, Javascript, PowerShell, REST api calls, etc. also expected as well as POSTMAN or similar tools.
• Structured work approach and ability to keep focus on the project goals and value of delivery on time.

• The task is to automate migrations of VM on VMware both between clusters and changes to configurations.
• In addition, automated surveillance of the environment to ensure correct operation is part of the task.
• Be able to solve special cases where the general setup fails to provide acceptable results.
