We are currently looking for talented and ambitious Area Manager for our stores based in the Co Cork.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Area Manager you will be responsible for up to 8 stores, ensuring all stores are operating effectively within company policy and procedures in order to achieve sales performance.
  • Ensuring compliance across all stores with all policies, procedures, rules and regulations, including GDPR, connection rules etc.
  • Motivate, support and inspire retail store staff to achieve and exceed their sales targets. Identify, manage and improve under-performing managers and stores to maximize store’s performance.
  • Responsible for achieving all objectives on a per store basis, focusing on improving operations and increasing effectiveness in driving sales.
  • Managing staffing levels, recruiting store managers and staff and developing and motivating teams.
  • Responsibility for the production and actioning of daily reports. Attendance at various management meetings, both internal and external.
  • To carry out any such further tasks as may from time to time be required by the Directors.
