Description:
WHO YOU ARE
- Sound technical knowledge of the UK Bribery Act and FCPA.
- Experience in implementing compliance frameworks, risk management and third party assessments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a compliance role
- Compliance & Ethics qualifications (e.g., ICA, SCCE) is desirable.

Responsibilities:
The role supports Vodafone Business within Vodafone Group, focusing on two main areas: managing the Compliance framework (policy, training, monitoring) and the Anti-Bribery programme. Vodafone Business delivers a broad range of products and services to global customers.We are seeking a Compliance Manager to support two key areas: managing the Compliance framework and leading our Anti-Bribery programme.

Compliance Framework:
- Manage Vodafone Business’s Policy governance, including the Policy portal.
- Oversee the rollout of mandatory “Doing What’s Right” training and monitor completion.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with the Vodafone Business Head of Legal and Compliance and maintain consistent compliance communications.
Collaborate with the control testing team to develop a control testing plan and report results.
Anti-bribery Programme:
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance on Anti-bribery matters, including third party risk management.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Anti-bribery programme across Vodafone Business.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide regular reports on bribery-related risks.
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive Anti-bribery programme implementation.
