We are seeking a skilled Verint On-Premise Recording Platform Specialist to join our team at AT&T Canada. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Verint on-prem recording platform (version 15.2) and related technologies. This role involves integrating and optimizing voice conversion capabilities, understanding Nuance gatekeeper API/Data structures for Azure integration, and utilizing Azure skills including ADB, Kafka, and Salt programming. Experience with NICE WFM and its integration with Cisco Systems is also required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expertise in Verint on-premise recording platform (version 15.2) with proven experience in deployment and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of voice conversion technologies and experience in converting Verint/Nice formats to generic WAV format.
• Proficiency in Nuance gatekeeper API/Data structures for Azure integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including ADB, Kafka, and Salt programming for automation.
• Familiarity with NICE WFM and its integration with Cisco Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

• Deploy and manage Azure services such as ADB, Kafka, and utilize Salt programming for automation and configuration.
• Integrate NICE WFM with Cisco systems to streamline workforce management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
