Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual in Colombia to join our team as a remote Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer questions, resolving concerns, and offering valuable information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience, reflecting the values and commitment of our company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- +6 months of previous experience in a customer service role.
- Available to work 40 hours per week: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Sunday and Monday OFF.
- Willing to work on both, voice and non-voice processes.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to support a Work from Home setup
- Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
- Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
Responsibilities:
- Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required.
- Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Verifying information provided to our client by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-check information.
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
- Help customers place orders, manage returns, and handle billing issues.
- Escalate complicated issues to a supervisor if needed.
- Follow up to make sure issues are fully resolved.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Work with your team to ensure consistent customer support.
- Accomplishing related duties as required.
