Void Property Inspector - Birmingham

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Void Property Inspector to join our growing in-house Void Property team located in and around the Birmingham area.
The role will include visiting vacant properties to conduct scheduled comprehensive insurance compliance inspections, using our in-house developed inspections application.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with detailed inspections which consist of a 32-point checklist and photographs with focusing on building integrity, highlighting areas such as property damage, security risks, maintenance requirements and meter readings.
Communicating with the office to escalate where findings could potentially lead to serious issues is a key element to providing the highest level of service and enables us to recognise opportunities for repairs and improvements which can be provided by other teams at Clearway.
