Position: Vehicle Sales Executive
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: Working 4 days a week (Wednesday - Saturday)
Position Pays: Basic salary with an uncapped earning potential

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen dealership in Swansea. Swansea, is one of the largest Retail focused Volkswagen dealerships in the UK, renowned for its high performing, customer centric approach. You will be representing the UK’s best-selling car brand. Working as part of a team and reporting to the General Sales Manager. This position is offered on a 4 day working week covering Wednesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive you will be representing both Sinclair Group and the Volkswagen Brand. Working as part of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, working alongside our excellent handover team.

Day to day you will :

  • Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales
  • Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Sinclair and the Volkswagen brand.
  • Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras
  • Presenting all products in a consistent, unbiased manner and always leading to good customer outcomes
  • Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
  • Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
  • Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process
  • Adhere to Sinclair Group’s and industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance.
