Volume Reporting - Finance Asst. Analyst

Overview:
This position will be part of the North America Shared Services organization. This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Control organization by management of Distributor volume and parts and service. The team is responsible for distributor fee calculations, processing of distributor volume, and processing billing for service and parts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Distributor volume reports are received, processed, and approved (including error resolution) prior to period end close
• Process Distributor fee accruals/payments
• Review and approve Distributor deductions
• Manage Local Transformation Distributor contracts & setups

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
• 2-3 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP & SIPS
