Café Mellemfolk is Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke (MS) Aarhus’ non-profit café based on sustainability. It is located in Mejlgade 53 in the house GLOBUS; a platform and hub for activism working for a more equal world.
As a bartender you and your co-bartenders will be in charge of the daily operations of the café. This includes serving drinks and food from our fairtrade and organic menu. You will also be the face of MS, contributing to create a good and positive atmosphere for costumers and volunteers alike.

What we expect
You will be available to take 3 shifts per month - Each shift of 4/5 hours
Committed to volunteer for a minimum of 6 months
You are responsible, respectful, and trustworthy
It is important to be fluent in English as this is the working language of the café, but we all have our accents and there is definitely room for yours too!
