Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Engage with potential donors through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new fundraising opportunities and potential donor segments.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions using databases such as Raiser’s Edge.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.
  • Analyze fundraising data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
