Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions using databases such as Raiser’s Edge.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.
- Analyze fundraising data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
