Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a remote volunteer role for a Game Programmer at [P1] Games. The Game Programmer will be responsible for coding the base engine of the game and implementing game features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a volunteer Game Programmer, you have the flexibility to choose your own hours and set your own deadlines. Since we are a volunteer organization, you may choose the responsibilities you feel confident in at any given time:
- Writing clean and efficient code for game mechanics and features.
- Collaborating with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life.
- Debugging and resolving technical issues in the game.
- Integrating graphics, audio, and gameplay elements.
- Optimizing game performance for various platforms.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest programming techniques and game development technologies.
