Leading European Credit fund seeks a VP level hire to manage it’s assets and lead on restructuring of credit positions (Private Markets)
The successful candidate will be the main liaison between the investment team and the portfolio companies, giving support and leading management of investment plan on complex situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute restructuring and turnaround plan
  • Support the review of and reporting on performance of businesses
  • Review and compare budgets to financial reporting.
  • Support the wider Asset Management team on due diligence performance, legal documentation and overall loan administration
  • Manage the relationships with creditors
  • Preparation of recommendations for enhancement/improvement strategies
  • Monitor and enforce loan conditions and covenants

Required skills:

  • Qualified accountant, ACA or equivalent
  • 6-10 years of experience with complex situations, turnaround and restructuring events
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships in distressed environments
