QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in executive leadership roles, managing large-scale operations and business functions within a global or regional context.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, innovation, and alignment across departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to resolve complex, high-impact challenges through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
  • Extensive experience in talent development, mentoring senior leaders, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture.
  • Relevant advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or similar) and/or industry certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages a major function or operational segment within a local entity, business unit, or a part of a regional/global business function, with accountability for overall performance and results.
  • Participates in the development of functional strategies, aligning business objectives with long-term operational goals.
  • Provides executive leadership to directors, managers, and other senior-level leaders, guiding the organization towards achieving key strategic and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborates with other executive team members to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives across business units and regions.
  • Oversees the execution of business plans, ensuring operational effectiveness and resource optimization to meet the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Shapes key business decisions and resolves complex challenges through advanced critical thinking and in-depth industry knowledge.
  • Represents the organization in high-level negotiations with senior leaders and external stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leads and develops talent at the senior management level, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.
