A DIFC based Private Equity firm are hiring an experienced Private Credit VP or Director to collaborate with the Executive Management team to build the Private Credit strategy for GCC and European Clients.
Primary Responsibilities;
The VP/ Director, Private Credit/ Leveraged Finance executive will have responsibility for a go-to-market strategy for how the Firm develop capabilities superior to competitors in all major regions (Europe and GCC), and will be responsible for leading the firm’s ability to capture the above-mentioned growth levels.
Additionally the Private Credit specialist will manage the EMEA P&L and will work closely with the CEO, Head of Investments and Partner to identify and fund specific priorities and targets.
Product development, management and client solutions will be part of the direct remit of the VP/ Director of Private Credit, and this will collaborate closely with commercial teams and operating teams to drive superior outcomes.

You will have;

• Depth of experience in Private Credit required; either from Asset servicing, Leveraged Finance or directly from within Private Credit & Fund Employers
• Demonstrate experience managing and growing a commercial revenue line
• Strong Private Credit network, preferable EMEA
• Outstanding leadership and networking skills
