Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are expanding our global team and are looking for a passionate, charismatic and self-motivated VP, Head of Client accounts to join us, leading client, campaign operations and delivery across the US market. You will ensure our agency maintains our best in class reputation for professional service and award winning creativity. This role will report into the Managing Director, The Fifth US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the MD to set and drive the organisational vision, client & operational strategy and people needs.
  • Support the MD to embed values, culture and client operations.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth of the business.
  • Provide operational leadership and directly oversee campaign and business operations, ethics, standards and best practice.
  • Analyse client and campaign operations and identify areas of process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for resource planning across all client related teams (Account, Creative, Strategy and Research)
  • Work closely with Global COO & Innovation Director to develop and roll out agency service development projects including new services, technology and partnerships.
  • Review and enhance output from third party service providers used by the account teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media platform account managers, working to improve service level.
  • Work with MD and Director, Client Partnerships to continually improve process and client service output.
  • Develop and foster great external relationships with strategic partners & suppliers including the social platforms.
  • Discovery, audit, negotiation and contracting of new technologies to support strategic goals and client needs.
