About the role
The VP HR Global Operations oversees the HR structures in all Global Operations countries. For the scope of Global Delivery, those countries are Romania, Bulgaria, Morocco and India. Additionally, the Global Operations scope also includes UK, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland, and Nordics. These countries can change based on business needs and evaluation reports. In close collaboration with the business the HR organizations need to be shaped towards business’ objectives.What you’ll be doing
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Creating, planning & execution of GDC strategy
- Organizational design and effectiveness to fit business needs
- Ability to interpret performance indicators
- Strong business skills to negotiate with countries in order to improve efficiency.
- Excellent cultural fit: political, economic, social, cultural…
- Multi-lingual is a plus, but English needs to be at highest level.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Showcases minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in building HR structures and working close to the business.
- Has at least an international leadership mandate of 8 years;
- Has led transformation projects in different countries and companies with preferably a consulting experience.
- Brings experience in international management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Undergraduate degree in HR, business or similar;
- MBA, MSc (in management) preferred

Responsibilities:
Main tasks include specifically:
- Responsible for all operations in the HR department in all Global Operations countries.
- Enabling business by aligning business needs to HR Operations: Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and resolve complex / difficult / sensitive situations in international environments.
- Create and execute the strategy the Global Operations and HR environment.
