Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expert advice on HR governance matters with a focus on HR risk and third-party risk management including:
  • Analyse and provide refinements to group-wide risk dashboard indicators including risk indicators reporting and review.
  • Manage Divisional-wide risks and control assessment including RCSA and CSA reviews and risk indicators reporting.
  • Perform gap analysis on regulation adherence and execute action plan to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Review vendors’ fitness and propriety in accordance with the Third-Party Risk Management Guidelines as HR Functional Specialist.
  • Perform annual vendor screening for HR vendors.
  • Responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM) related matters including periodic MAS’ Industrial Wide Exercise.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures regularly, including follow up on regulatory updates and policies.
  • Represent HR on Personal Data Protection Committee and related matters.
  • Ensure key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures.
  • Lead programmes, develop policies and procedures in the HR risk management as the Operational Risk Partner for the Division.
  • Support HR compliance in fit and proper checks including daily / periodic employee AML/SCCB screening and annual credit screening for Senior Managers / Material Risk Takers, financial and non-financial representatives.
