The Vice President of Human Resources will be a critical member of Navigatr’s leadership team, responsible for defining and executing HR strategies that support the company’s ambitious goals. This role requires a seasoned HR executive with a deep understanding of HR technology and systems, including payroll, HRIS, and process automation, to drive operational excellence and scalability across our expanding portfolio. The ideal candidate will also bring experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), supporting Navigatr’s strategic growth through effective workforce integration and alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
- Expertise in HR technology systems, including payroll and HRIS platforms, with a track record of process optimization and automation.
- M&A experience, including HR due diligence and post-merger integration, is a valuable asset.
- Strong analytical and people management skills, with proficiency in people analytics and a data-driven approach to HR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategy with Navigatr Group’s business objectives, focusing on building scalable HR practices that enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and foster growth.
- Technology and Systems Management: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of advanced HR technologies, including payroll systems, HRIS (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and automation tools, ensuring efficient, data-driven HR processes.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and collaborate on advanced recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels, with an emphasis on high-volume hiring to support the company’s rapid growth. Partner with the talent acquisition team to leverage technology and innovative sourcing methods to build a robust talent pipeline, enhancing recruitment processes for scalability, efficiency, and alignment with Navigatr’s commitment to excellence in workforce integration.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Oversee policies and programs to maintain a positive, compliant work environment across our global operations, managing employee relations and risk mitigation.
- Data and Analytics: Provide data-driven insights through people analytics, ensuring HR metrics inform executive decision-making, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
- M&A and Integration: Support M&A initiatives by leading HR due diligence, workforce integration, and cultural alignment, playing a vital role in the seamless onboarding and retention of talent across acquired companies.
