REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
OR
- 7 years of Imaging experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Imaging is responsible for the overall strategic leadership, operational, financial, and human capital oversight for all operations contributing to the imaging and diagnostic imaging service line in the market. Works in collaboration with physicians, administrative and national leadership for each division and department to develop and implement policies, procedures, budgets and marketing plans while ensuring that the highest level of patient care, quality, and patient safety are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for operations and workflows associated withimaging site throughput, image acquisition and image distribution for Imaging Services. Guides andoversees inpatient and outpatient imaging services to the organization’s healthcare ministries.
- Engages for impact to drive results focusing on growth, quality/safety, continuity of care and imagingservice line for the market and executes the business strategies to improve overall performance metricsand ensure the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the Imaging service line.
- Ensures short and long-term goals and objectives are achieved in accordance with plans and budgets.Develops measurable action plans to mobilize diverse teams and help drive tangible results that improveimaging services.
- Acts as the main point of contact and market accountable party for National Imaging initiatives. Focuseson imaging total cost of care. Collaborates with Clinical Network Services (CNS) and affiliatedproviders to optimize imaging service utilization across the organization.
- Ensures quality services are provided and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. • Drives improvement in key areas including patient access, patient experience, safety, and service linecost management. Also accountable for the development and achievement for positive impact on associatesatisfaction and retention.
- Establishes joint venture and partnership capabilities within ministries to better integrate imagingservices and clinical development. Works.
