Responsibilities:
- Empower and guide a dedicated techno-commercial team in a culturally diverse setting.
- Drive the Volvo Penta Business with full profit and loss responsibility.
- Develop long term and short-term business plans including growth, profitability and sustainability
- Grow and establish relations with customers and partners.
- Secure continuous Importer performance management
- Be an integral part of the Industrial Management team driving our team’s success and collective achievements forward
