Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in IT operations management, with a track record of leadership and successful infrastructure management (3 + years).
  • Excellent written and oral communication in German and English.
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, cloud services, and security.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the IT operations team to achieve high performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure reliable and scalable IT infrastructure by optimizing servers, networks, and cloud resources.
  • Guarantee high availability of IT services with robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Protect sensitive data by maintaining compliance and implementing strong cybersecurity measures.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee IT support and helpdesk for prompt issue resolution.
  • Optimize the IT budget for cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Drive innovation to modernize IT infrastructure and processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies through regular audits.
  • Provide reporting to senior management on a regular basis and foster cross-functional collaboration.
