  Our client is a regional investment bank looking for an experienced M&A banker to lead and guide Associates and Analysts in the team. He / She would lead the execution of M&A deals across a broad spectrum of industries. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team with high internal visibility within the Bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Strong M&A execution experience (>5+ years) in Asian markets, preferably in South and South East Asia.
• Strong needs understanding of corporate and FIG clients.
• Strong capabilities within the M&A lifecycle - comprising pitching, originating, putting together pitchbooks and driving execution of transactions.
• Development and on-the-job training of junior colleagues in the M&A desk.
• Work alongside onshore coverage teams across the region to identify pitching opportunities.
• Degree in either Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Math or Engineering.
• Proven track record in originating and executing M&A transactions and preferably leading teams (at least a year).
