VP of Finance

A well-established and highly successful hospitality company is currently seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. In this role, you will influence future growth by creating policies, setting financial goals, and developing tools for performance evaluation. This role extends to operational and industry-specific financial management. You will hold the reins for financial operations in the hospitality and CPG sectors, implementing systems and practices for smoother operations and efficient reporting. This role also calls for close collaboration with operations and marketing leadership to fuel profitability and operational efficiency in sync with our growth and customer service goals. You will be responsible for developing capital plans and executing fund-raising efforts, ensuring perfect alignment between finance and growth goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Restaurant experience required
• CPG highly desired
• Extensive expertise with KPIs
