The key deliverable of this role is to build the client’s brand and to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention of paid subscribers. You’ll work with the founding team to set direction and then be given the autonomy to see your initiatives through.
To be successful, they need you to be a creative and analytical operator who can forensically understand the subscriber, deliver programmes that communicate effectively, and manage performance of the subscription process to meet the client’s ambitious business goals. Teamwork and collaboration with editorial and product teams is also a key to success.

Responsibilities:
- Creative campaign development to engage target audiences, communicate product benefits, and promote users through funnel.
- Develop, deliver, and optimize ongoing digital media strategy.
- Monitor key performance metrics, clearly communicate implications of those metrics, and provide insight to inform product development roadmap.
• Ability to model customer acquisition plan and tie into marketing activation plan. • Develop and manage a cost-effective budget, plan use of resources, and manage return on investment.
- Hands-on expertise of digital ad platforms, tools, and DSPs.
- Understand customer journey and work with the product team to ensure best possible user experience and retention.
