Description:

Role Introduction:
The VP of Marketing will be key role within the marketing leadership team and will be responsible for implementing a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and meet our business goals around market share and revenue. This role will be key in setting strategic long- and short-term goals across the marketing organisation.
At the core of this role is operationalising the execution of our Account Based Management programs to ensure scalability and consistency of brand voice and presentation in each market, tracking and measuring how effective our marketing programs are at driving revenue.
The successful candidate will be able to create and execute strategic marketing plans to amplify the OneAdvanced brand in our chosen markets to build long-term, sustainable market share and revenue growth.
Aligned to our strategic growth strategy, the VP of Marketing will create a strategic marketing plan that can be broken down into actionable targets, goals, and activities for their team to ensure focus on the priorities that drive growth. This role will have a strong influence over other marketing teams centrally and within each sector.
You will be passionate about your quest and take time to fully understand the markets we operate in, the personas we target, our value propositions and the wider technology ecosystem, to position OneAdvanced ensuring it is differentiated, resonates, has competitive edge and which through compelling brand campaign activity will activate engagement driving brand awareness and our demand generation goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and be the guardian of the OneAdvanced Brand ensuring it becomes a leading brand in the markets we serve [and one that people aspire to work with or be employed by].
  • Create bold, innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to position OneAdvanced in its chosen markets.
  • Operationalise Account Based Management programs across each market providing governance around demand generation best practice.
  • Develop engaging brand-level campaigns that can be adopted in each market, and which activate our target audiences and contribute to key marketing measures of brand performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources within the team and third parties to deliver the plan.
  • Collaborate within the organisation to ensure the brand is understood, reinforced and that all team members become advocates.
  • Understand and watch the market, trends to ensure the Advanced brand remains relevant.
  • Be innovative in their thinking around ways to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure the OneAdvanced voice is articulated through a powerful and engaging content plan.
  • Grow the demand funnel by activating the target audience and converting prospects into engaged prospects through effective brand-level campaigning.
  • Have an analytical eye and be able to use data with confidence to determine the most effective channels to market.
  • Perform data analysis to measure engagement and assess the effectiveness of the brand strategy.
  • This role will take direct responsibility for central content, campaign and creative team members as well as managing third party agency relationships.
  • This is a hands-on, collaborative role working with marketing teams across digital experience, product marketing, corporate communications, and sector marketing as well as across the wider commercial, product and services organisation.

What You Will Have:

  • Proven ABM and demand generation expert with best practice experience across organisations with multiple GTM teams.
  • Understanding of the demand generation cycle and ways to analyze performance.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute against both shorter- and longer-term goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment of strategic transformational change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a cross-functional team leading it in a unified direction towards a common vision.
  • Ability to think boldly and in an innovative way.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work and influence people at every level of the organisation.
  • Previous experience managing brand campaigns for b2b tech companies.
  • Digital skills to understand channel-specific requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proactive and organised with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Clear understanding of what is required to sustain operating results and effectiveness
