Description:
Verbit AI, a leader in the AI-driven transcription and captioning industry, is seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Marketing to lead its global marketing efforts. The VP will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that elevate Verbit’s market presence, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or AI industries.
- Proven success in scaling marketing efforts for high-growth companies, particularly in B2B environments.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage data, analytics, and digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, social media, CRM tools) to optimize customer engagement and lead generation efforts. Results driven manager that can work closely with sales and to generate bookings to grow revenue
Team Management: Oversee and mentor a high-performing marketing team across various functions including digital marketing, content, product marketing, and public relations.
Brand & Messaging: Maintain and evolve Verbit’s brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to effectively launch new features and products, positioning them strategically in the marketplace.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy and marketing plans.
Budgeting & ROI Optimization: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Public Relations & Communications: Foster relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers to maintain Verbit’s thought leadership position in the AI space.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, customer insights, and ROI to the executive team.
Scaling Operations: Ensure marketing operations scale in line with business growth, particularly as Verbit expands into new markets or launches new product lines.
