Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a CEO in the post-acute setting along with experience specifically leading/managing multi-site IRF Units or multiple free standing IRF’s.
- MHA/MBA required.

Responsibilities:
- Communicates and reinforces mission, vision, and core values for the Nobis portfolio.
- Oversees the operational performance of assigned Nobis managed hospitals, ensuring operational efficiencies, clinical outcomes, standardization, and budgeting.
- Establishes and evaluates budgets and clinic performance to identify ways to improve operational efficiencies; implements improvement strategies and monitors the implementation and results of those strategies.
- Fosters effective relationships with hospital CEOs and leadership teams including medical directors.
- Interviews, hires, trains, evaluates, counsels, and recommends termination of subordinate personnel.
- Assists executive leadership in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategy and special projects as assigned.
