Responsibilities:

As VP of people, you shape the future of Distran by recruiting and retaining the top talent of the industry. You oversee the complete personnel lifecycle; you develop and drive the HR team, aligned with company goals; you drive the organization growth, in Switzerland and internationally.

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy and company’s culture.
  • Planning and development of the organization’s human resources working closely with CEO/CTO to ensure alignment with company’s goals.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining a fair compensation system and performance management system.
  • Serving as a point of contact and advisor to the executive team and leaders on all HR-related matters. Support employees and leaders with personnel issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in all Distran’s locations. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensures efficient handling of HR documentation and correspondence.
  • Overseeing and managing HR administrative tasks as well as recruitment activities.
  • Develop HR metrics and reports to inform management and identify trends for improvement.
