Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As our new VP of Revenue Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to drive transformational change and play a pivotal role in unlocking our next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the CRO, this position sits at the heart of our growth engine. As the strategic architect of our revenue operations function, you’ll build and inspire a world-class team of 25+, driving efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring we scale in line with our ambitious goals. Your expertise will shape how we generate revenue, manage growth, and guide our 400+ strong sales team towards sustainable success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead with Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking revenue operations strategy that drives sustainable growth, optimising every stage of the sales process—from pipeline generation to customer retention and expansion.
  • Strategic Planning: Own the annual and quarterly sales capacity and go-to-market planning processes, setting ambitious revenue targets and establishing key KPIs to guide our success.
  • Performance Management: Foster a culture of excellence by establishing a clear reporting cadence and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships to deliver seamless execution of revenue strategies, accurate forecasting, budgeting, and collaboration across teams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering continuous improvement, professional growth, and innovation.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Leverage insights to identify and implement operational improvements, from optimising commission structures to refining sales processes, ensuring our revenue engine operates at peak performance.
  • Technology & Innovation: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge sales technologies and tools to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining and evolving our approach to revenue operations.
