Description:
We’re looking for an VP of Sales, EMEA to join Supermetrics and lead our EMEA and LATAM Sales teams. You can be based either in Helsinki, Finland, or Dublin, Ireland.
Reporting to our Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Ed Barrett, you will be responsible for developing and executing Supermetrics’ sales and growth strategy as well as leading a function of approximately 40 employees and four Regional Sales Managers within the EMEA and LATAM markets.
You will proactively manage all sales activities to drive sustainable business growth and new business development, including developing and managing pipeline, forecast, and sales execution. The Sales organisation is responsible for new business development and customer expansion. You will also work in close partnership with our marketing, product and customer success teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets across Business Development, New Business sales and Expansion sales across EMEA and LATAM. Analyse the business to develop new sales motions and campaigns to grow the business.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams: We are passionate about our people and developing them.
- You will hire, motivate and develop your sales teams and sales managers in Helsinki and Dublin, while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Lead the sales managers and reps through a regular cadence of Forecasts, Big Deal workshops, and pipeline management such that the sellers over-achieve their targets.
- Develop and execute effective pipeline strategies: Lead the execution of key pipeline development campaigns across B/SDR and Sales, working closely with Marketing and Customers-for-Life teams.
- Optimise GTM strategies:
- Assign resources to where the maximum results can flow, through the analysis of the business and development of region go-to-market plans.
- Work very closely with the Solution and Technology Partner teams to optimise the GTM approach.
- Input significantly to the development of GtM plays, pricing strategies and annual planning.
- Enhance Supermetrics visibility: Participate in and represent Supermetrics at various industry events and conferences.
