We are an AI-powered credit intelligence platform that helps banks, lending platforms, UTP asset managers and brokers taking fast and informed credit decisions for both consumers and SMEs. We combine intelligent document automation and anti-fraud algorithms with the granularity of bank account and financial data to automate the credit analysis and the decision-making process. Prestatech currently serves the Italian, German and UK markets.
As we expand our operations into the German market, we’re seeking a VP of Sales to spearhead our growth initiatives. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion in Germany, particularly focusing on our API-based solutions that harness the power of AI, advanced algorithms, and Big Data technologies.
This is a role with a strong entrepreneurial dimension that is aimed at experienced sales profiles capable of demonstrating agility and goal-oriented mindset, who have already worked in Fintech, Proptech companies or software (provides in the financial services sector) companies in Germany.
This person will report to the CEO and will be responsible for building successful partnerships with German clients/partners, acting as a leader in driving commercial excellence in daily operations and project work.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Outreach: Develop a portfolio of opportunities through an outbound strategy to acquire new clients.
Client Relationship Management : Conclude contracts and foster long-term relationships with new clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product and IT teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
Negotiation Expertise : Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
Market Intelligence: Provide insights into competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses
- experience in Fintech/Proptech/Software companies is a must
- excellent process and project management skills, as well as possess high-level communication and negotiation skills;
- strategic thinking skills;
- a positive, enthusiastic and sociable personality;
- great adaptability;
- solid proficiency in the use of MS Office;
- a fluent command of the German language and a good command of English;
- availability for client meetings across Germany.
