ABOUT THE ANYWHERE LEADS TEAM
The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer a cashback benefit to participating consumers in addition to the partnership of a certified real estate agent and support from our concierge team. This position will report into the Vice President, Head of Anywhere Leads and lead the Business Development and Account Management teams. This team is focused on identifying, designing and closing new partnership programs to increase leads at the top of our funnel as well as managing and growing our existing enterprise partnerships that deliver a superb home buying and selling experiences to consumers.
We are seeking a problem solver with the motivation to design and implement solutions for new partnership growth, client expansions, and great customer experiences. This leader will have experience in strategy and program development and will have a data driven approach to scoping new ideas and growth opportunities. You are a leader/ player / coach and collaborative with your peers and associates, willing to jump in and help wherever an urgent need arises.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: motivate and develop a team of professionals in achieving business development and partnership goals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of innovative strategies to drive new business verticals for the business. Collaborate closely with marketing on B2B positioning, and the creation of product packages and upsell opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Business Development: Lead your team in the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and evaluate potential partnerships that align with Anywhere Leads strategic goals.
- Account Management: Oversee key accounts to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and achievement of account growth goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborate on growth strategies and accountability through execution.
- Go-to-Market: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and programs and minimize time to revenue. Ensure alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
