Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Operations to lead our business transformation and sales enablement efforts. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy and scaling our business operations in the newly created API business unit, responsible for delivering the best in class customer experience.
The ideal candidate will oversee project management, sales commissions, business transformation, and sales enablement, managing a globally dispersed team of approximately 100 people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Business Transformation: Lead and manage business transformation initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the end-to-end sales operations, including sales process optimization, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics.
  • Product Operations - Optimize the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. It supports the product and engineering teams and their go-to-market counterparts to improve alignment, communications, and processes around the product. Outcomes are to accelerate feedback loops, increase efficiencies, and improve feature adoption.
  • Project Management: Implement and oversee project management frameworks to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, providing the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team,, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, sales and customer implementation, customer success, product and engineering teams, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive business strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
