As we continue our growth trajectory, we’re seeking an exceptional Vice President of Operations to drive our operational success. The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our operational strategy, with a primary focus on building a high-performing team, ensuring uncompromising quality, driving growth, and achieving operational excellence. This key leadership position will oversee all aspects of our supply chain, manufacturing, packaging and logistics operations on a global scale

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing global supply chain and logistics operations, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Deep understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results in a global, multi-cultural environment
