Description:
Step into the world of SRTX (srtxlabs.com) – where technology innovation meets textiles like never before! Proudly standing as a beacon of accountability, certified as a B Corp, SRTX is best known for its first technology, Sheertex. Sheertex is a knit made from one of the world’s strongest polymers which makes it tough and durable. Named one of TIME’s Best Inventions, our customers get up to 50 more wears from our tights than average tights, meaning fewer disposable tights end up in landfills.
Our team is what sets us apart! We are a group of 250+ dedicated problem-solvers, driven by a common goal: making a real impact on the textile industry and the environment. Our factory and office share our headquarters, which helps drive cross-departmental collaboration and innovation. Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.
The Vice President of Process Engineering will be responsible for leading all process engineering activities related to fiber and polymer processing within SRTX’s textile manufacturing operations. This role involves optimizing production processes, managing pilot lines, and ensuring successful scale-up of new products from R&D to full-scale production. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, product quality, and sustainability in fiber and polymer production, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape the future of fiber and polymer processing at SRTX, managing pilot line operations and overseeing the transition of new products into full production. Please note this role is completely onsite.
