Its information systems, intended for all actors involved in the health system, and its online patient records contribute to a safer and more efficient health system. CompuGroup Medical’s services are based on a unique customer base of more than 1.6 million professionals consisting of physicians, dentists, pharmacies and other service providers within ambulatory and inpatient care facilities.
In Beligum, it provides solutions for primary care physicians, dentists and medical specialists as well as for public organizations and patients.
CompuGroup Medical is building a product suite for Doctors across Europe which is based on a unified Poly-Ambulatory Platform. For this ambitious project we are currently looking for a VP Product responsible for the Belgium market who will drive the platform as the most successful AIS (Ambulatory Information System) while managing the existing AIS Products.
The role:
As the VP Product Belgium, you will provide a product vision, distilled from insights into our users and markets, and work with other teams building SaaS solutions supported by deep industry knowledge. You will also play a key role in a culture of rapid delivery and iteration based on testing, measurement and feedback.
You must know how to build reliable, scalable systems in the Cloud and can work closely with our Engineering teams to construct and deliver on an ambitious technical vision.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define the Belgium Poly-Ambulatory platform vision;
  • Manage the Italian Product and UX team;
  • Align and adapt strategy with Senior Management and segment Managing director;
  • Build and manage the roadmap for all Belgium AIS products;
  • Work with UX and developers to design and launch new core features;
  • Actively seek out customer feedback and use it to improve our platform and plans;
  • Identify key innovations that can support our Products;
  • Work with your peers in Europe to identify shared opportunities;
  • Ensure the legally compliant introduction of our products to the market;
  • Create all necessary Business Plans and, care for their implementation to build a sustainable business;
  • Support sales in the presales phase of large projects;
  • Look for opportunities to scale our product development process.

The role is based in Wetteren and we adopt a Hybrid working model
